Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented Public Relationship Officer (PRO) with experience in customer relations, corporate tie-ups, and business development, preferably in the hospitality and wellness industry. The role involves managing patient, guest, and corporate relationships, handling public interactions, generating business opportunities, and promoting the organization’s services through outreach activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a presentable personality, and the ability to build strong professional relationships while enhancing the organization’s brand presence.Key Responsibilities::
· Act as the primary point of contact for patients, guests, and visitors.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, corporates, and business partners.
· Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
· Ensure a positive experience for patients and visitors through effective coordination.

· Develop and manage corporate relationships for business growth.
· Generate leads through partnerships, referrals, networking, and market outreach.
· Organize corporate visits, presentations, and tie-up meetings.
· Support business development initiatives to increase patient footfall and revenue.
· Promote the organization’s services through events, camps, and outreach programs.
· Coordinate marketing activities such as health camps, seminars, and awareness drives.
· Represent the organization at public events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
· Assist in enhancing brand visibility and community engagement initiatives.
· Coordinate with medical, front office, and operations teams for seamless service delivery.
· Support patient coordination and front desk operations when required.
· Ensure smooth communication between departments for client servicing.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Management, or related field
- 1–5 years of experience in PR, hospital PRO, or customer relations roles

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong networking and relationship-building ability
- Presentable and confident personality
- Problem-solving and conflict-handling skills
- Basic knowledge of marketing and branding
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Number of corporate tie-ups and partnerships
- Patient/guest footfall generated

Compensation:
- Fixed Salary + Travelling + Incentives (based on performance and business generation)

- Willingness to travel for corporate visits and events
- Ability to work in a target-driven and people-facing role
- Experience in hospital or wellness industry is an added advantage
