Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven E-commerce Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our online sales operations. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day e-commerce activities, ensure smooth order processing, improve customer experience, and drive operational efficiency across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations, including order processing, inventory management, and fulfilment.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch, delivery, and reverse pickups.
- Analyse sales data, customer behaviour, and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints efficiently.
- Ensure accurate stock levels and coordinate with warehouses to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Optimise operational workflows to reduce costs and improve delivery timelines.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and marketplace guidelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
- 2–5+ years of experience in e-commerce operations or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
- Experience with logistics coordination and inventory management systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and team coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with order management systems (OMS) and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Knowledge of digital marketing basics (SEO, PPC, campaigns).
- Ability to handle high-order volumes and scale operations.
