Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in Computer Science for classes XI and XII as per CBSE/board curriculum (Python, SQL, data structures, networking, etc.)
Design and conduct practical lab sessions, projects, and assessments
Prepare students for board examinations, including practicals and viva
Develop lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and test papers aligned with current syllabus
Use ICT tools and digital platforms (smart boards, LMS, coding platforms) to enhance learning
Evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and practical exams; maintain accurate records
Guide students in projects, coding competitions, Olympiads, and hackathons
Mentor and support students with varying learning paces, including remedial classes where needed
Collaborate with other faculty for interdisciplinary projects and school events
Maintain and manage computer lab equipment, software licenses, and safety protocols
Attend staff meetings, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development sessions
Stay updated with curriculum changes, new technologies, and pedagogical best practices
Required Skills
Strong command of Python, SQL, and core CS concepts (as per CBSE/ISC syllabus)
Familiarity with Computer Networks, Database Management, Boolean Algebra, and Society/Law/Ethics module (per current CBSE syllabus)
Excellent classroom management and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and basic educational technology tools
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for senior secondary students
Patience, adaptability, and a student-centric teaching approach
Preferred / Good to Have experience with competitive programming or coding platforms (Hacker Rank, Code Chef, etc.)
Knowledge of AI/ML basics, web development, or app development (for enrichment/elective exposure)
Prior experience preparing students for board exams with strong result track record
Experience using LMS platforms (Google Classroom, Module, etc.)
