Responsibilities
- Customer communication: Greet customers, communicate repair needs, and provide status updates
- Scheduling: Schedule appointments and manage repair timelines
- Cost estimates: Prepare accurate cost estimates for repairs
- Quality control: Maintain quality control and inspection policies and procedures
- Documentation: Keep records of repair orders, invoices, and customer interactions
- Follow-up: Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up after completion of services
- Coordination: Coordinate with technicians and customers to facilitate vehicle repairs
- Billing: Manage scheduling, quotes, and billing for body shop services
Qualifications
- Knowledge of body shop operations and vehicle repair processes
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts
- Ability to apply basic algebra and geometry concepts
- Degree or diploma in Automobile /Mechanical Engineering
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Volunteer
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
