What You'll Do
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interview rounds with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Support onboarding and other HR activities when required.
What We're Looking For
- Graduate/MBA (HR) preferred.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of recruitment experience can apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment platforms and MS Office.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
