Job Summary:
We are seeking dynamic and motivated engineering graduates to join as Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET). The trainees will undergo structured training across key functions such as die casting operations, tooling, quality assurance, and maintenance. The role is designed to develop technical competency and prepare candidates for independent engineering responsibilities in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Production & Operations
- Assist in aluminium die casting processes (HPDC / LPDC).
- Monitor machine parameters and ensure adherence to production plans.
- Support cycle time optimization and productivity improvement initiatives.
- Ensure proper handling of molten metal and adherence to safety standards.
2. Quality Control
- Conduct inspection of cast components (visual, dimensional).
- Assist in root cause analysis of defects (porosity, shrinkage, cracks, etc.).
- Support implementation of quality tools like 7 QC tools, Kaizen, and Poka-Yoke.
3. Tool Room / Die Maintenance
- Assist in die assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Support die trials and modifications to improve casting quality.
- Monitor die life and suggest improvements.
4. Maintenance
- Support preventive and breakdown maintenance of die casting machines.
- Work with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification:
BE/B.Tech – Mechanical, EEE, ECE
Diploma – Mechanical / Relevant Streams
Year of Passing: Recent Pass-outs / Final Year Students
Skills Required:
Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes
Willingness to learn and adapt
Good communication & teamwork skills
Compensation & Benefits
Stipend:
Diploma: ₹17,000 per month
BE: ₹18,000 per month
Additional Benefits:
Free food during working hours
Attendance Bonus: ₹500/month
Upon successful completion of one year, trainees will be considered for the position of Junior Engineer, along with a performance-based salary revision.
