Roles& Responsibilities:
1. Client Needs Assessment:
● Conductin-depth discussions with clients to comprehend their specific IT requirements. ● Analyzeexisting systems, processes, and challenges to identify opportunities for improvement.
2. Solution Development:
● Collaborate with the technical/HR team to design customized solutions that align with client needs.
● Proposeacomprehensive and feasible plan to address identified challenges and enhance overall efficiency.
3. Proposal Creation:
● Createdetailed and persuasive proposals outlining the proposed IT solutions.
● Clearly articulate the benefits, costs, and implementation timelines of the proposed solutions.
4. Presentation and Communication:
● Deliver engaging presentations to clients, effectively conveying the proposed solutions.
● Addressclient questions and concerns, ensuring a clear understanding of the proposed IT strategy.
5. Technical Knowledge:
● Stayupdatedonthe latest IT trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
● Provideexpert advice to clients on how emerging technologies can benefit their business.
6. Negotiation and Relationship Building:
● Negotiate terms, pricing, and contractual agreements to achieve a mutually beneficial arrangement.
● Buildandmaintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and confidence in the proposed solutions.
7. Closing Deals:
● Worktowardssecuring signed agreements by actively following up with clients.
● Collaborate with legal and administrative teams to finalize contract terms and conditions.
8. Post-sales Support:
● Transition smoothly to the implementation phase by facilitating communication between clients and the project delivery team.
● Ensureclient satisfaction and address any post-sales concerns, maintaining a positive long-term relationship.
9. Market Intelligence:
● Gatherandanalyse information about competitors and market trends to position the company's offerings effectively. Asuccessful pre-sales leader combines technical acumen with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to navigate the complexities of understanding client needs and closing deals effectively.
Requirements:
● Abachelor's or associate's degree in marketing, or a similar qualification.
● 3-5years’ experience in an IT sales environment.
● Advancedknowledge of marketing and sales strategies.
● Ability to explain and demonstrate IT product specifications and functionalities.
● Advancedproficiency in IT industry terminology and jargon.
● Ability to liaise with management and IT developers about sales strategies.
● Exceptional ability in negotiating sales deals, contracts, and service agreements.
● In-depth knowledge of IT Managed Services and IT Infrastructure.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
