Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and manage contracts, NDAs, MOUs, service agreements, and vendor contracts.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate requirements across Guyana, Zambia, and India.
- Conduct legal research and provide compliance guidance on labour, corporate, environmental, and data protection laws.
- Maintain compliance registers, statutory filings, licenses, and regulatory documentation.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel and support litigation and dispute resolution matters.
- Implement and monitor Anti-Bribery, AML, ethics, and third-party due diligence programs.
- Support employment law compliance, HR policies, disciplinary matters, and labour-related issues.
- Manage the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, execution, and renewals.
- Deliver compliance training and support internal audits, investigations, and risk assessments.
Requirements:
- LLB or equivalent legal qualification.
- 10+ years of experience in legal, compliance, or regulatory roles.
- Strong knowledge of contract management, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
- Excellent legal research, drafting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in multi-jurisdictional environments is preferred.
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,700,000.00 per year
