Position: Field Marketing Executive

Role & Responsibilities
- Visit schools, colleges, coaching institutes, villages, and other locations to promote our skill development and training programs.
- Identify and connect with potential students/candidates interested in paid courses.
- Counsel candidates and explain course details, fees, benefits, certifications, and career opportunities.
- Generate admissions by converting leads into paid enrollments.
- Build relationships with educational institutions, local organizations, and community groups.
- Conduct field campaigns, seminars, awareness programs, and promotional activities.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and enrolled candidates.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone applications.
- 12th Pass or above (Graduate preferred).
- Experience in marketing, sales, education counseling, or admissions is an advantage.
