We are looking for a creative, results-driven Social Media Optimization (SMO) Specialist with 3+ years of experience managing and optimizing social media platforms. The candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, increasing brand awareness, driving audience engagement, and improving social media performance across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Manage and optimize social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, and Pinterest.
Create engaging captions, creatives, reels, stories, and campaign ideas.
Plan and maintain monthly social media content calendars.
Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activities.
Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for social media creatives.
Analyze campaign performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Analytics.
Improve organic reach, follower growth, and audience engagement.
Run and optimize paid social media campaigns when required.
Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions professionally.
Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of social media marketing and optimization techniques.
Experience with Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and social media scheduling tools.
Excellent content writing and communication skills.
Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or basic design tools is an added advantage.
Understanding of SEO, hashtags, trends, and digital marketing strategies.
Ability to create engaging short-form video content ideas.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Qualifications
Any Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
3+ years of hands-on experience in Social Media Optimization (SMO) or Social Media Marketing.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience handling multiple brand accounts.
Knowledge of influencer marketing and paid campaigns.
Experience in real estate, fintech, jewelry, lifestyle, or tech industries is a plus.
