Role Overview
The Executive / Manager – CSR Initiatives will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs aligned with the vision and social impact goals of GIBS Social Foundation.
The role requires an individual who is passionate about community development, stakeholder engagement, and sustainable social impact initiatives. The candidate will work closely with corporates, NGOs, educational institutions, and internal teams to ensure successful implementation of CSR projects and outreach activities.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute CSR initiatives aligned with organizational objectives and statutory CSR requirements

Coordinate with corporates, NGOs, educational institutions, and community partners for CSR collaborations

Identify and develop impactful social initiatives in areas such as education, skill development, environment, healthcare, and community welfare

Manage end-to-end execution of CSR projects, including planning, budgeting, implementation, and reporting

Conduct field visits and monitor project progress to ensure effective delivery and impact assessment

Prepare project proposals, presentations, impact reports, and documentation for stakeholders and corporate partners

Organize CSR events, awareness drives, volunteer engagement activities, and social outreach programs

Build and maintain relationships with donors, CSR heads, government bodies, and partner organizations

Ensure timely submission of reports, utilization certificates, and compliance-related documentation

Track CSR trends, government policies, and funding opportunities relevant to social development initiatives

Collaborate with internal departments for smooth execution and promotion of CSR activities

Support fundraising and partnership development initiatives for long-term sustainability of projects

Qualifications
Essential
-
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Social Work, CSR, Management, Public Administration, Development Studies, or related field

Minimum 2–6 years of experience in CSR, NGO operations, social impact programs, or community engagement

Strong understanding of CSR frameworks, sustainability initiatives, and stakeholder management
-
Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills
Desirable

Experience working with educational institutions, NGOs, or corporate CSR teams
