Process Engineer – Auditor (Quality Assurance)
5-7 years of experience (in Manufacturing/Automotive/Process Engineering disciplines)

Are you looking for an opportunity where you can stretch your potential? Join our dynamic team to work as a process executive in “Engineering” Quality assurance. You need to ensure that the ISO standards (presently the ISO 9001 QMS and the ISO 27001 ISMS) are followed across the Organization. You will be involved in assuring and maintaining the quality of Engineering services through process definition, documentation, QMS/ISMS maintenance, process facilitation, training, system of reviews, internal audits and reporting at various levels.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Perform process and project audits using appropriate checklists.
- Guide Project Teams on standards, policies, processes, guidelines, templates etc.
- Collect, consolidate and report on Quality Metrics
- Help teams to identify corrective and preventive actions.
- Process facilitation and support to the practitioners or new joiners through mentoring and knowledge transfer
- Implement and maintain QMS (Quality Management System) and ISMS (Information Security Management System)
- Identify the gaps and scope of improvement. Accordingly, define and document the processes
- Ensure process compliance across Engineering projects and the Engineering services department functions such as:
- Business Acquisition (Marketing and Sales) and
- Operations
- Implement continuous process improvement activities and maintain Project and Other Quality metrics meeting Organizational Goals and Objectives

REQUIREMENTS
GENERIC
- First class bachelor’s degree in mechanical or civil or electrical engineering.
- Presentation skills with good verbal & written communication abilities in English language
- Fluency in using MS Office tools (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
MUST HAVE
- Working knowledge of Manufacturing/Automotive/Process Engineering disciplines
- Sound knowledge of ISO 9001 (QMS) and ISO 27001 (ISMS) Standards
- Implementation of ISO 9001 (QMS) and ISO 27001 (ISMS) processes in Engineering domain
- Excellent auditing skills coupled with an appropriate ISO certification in ISO 9001 or ISO 27001 process implementation
- Participated in either ISO 9001 or ISO 27001 external certification audits
PREFERRED
- Possess at least one full cycle of ISO certification audit experience, preferably, in QMS or ISMS management systems
- Lead Auditor Certification in either ISO 9001 or ISO 27001 standards
- Prompt Engineering skills and their application using Gen AI tools
- Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies
