Role & responsibilities
1. Brand Visibility & Public Relations
- Plan and execute branding, communication, and PR initiatives to enhance organizational visibility.
- Coordinate press releases, media articles, and external publication opportunities.
- Support participation in industry events, conferences, and networking platforms.
2. Digital & Social Media Management
- Manage content calendars and posting schedules across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all digital channels.
3. Content Development & Brand Communication
- Generate content ideas aligned with organizational goals, and business objectives.
- Develop communication materials including newsletters, brochures, presentations, case studies, and marketing collaterals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to capture project achievements, success stories, and thought leadership content.
4. Corporate Branding & Documentation
- Maintain and regularly update organizational profiles, capability statements, portfolios, brochures, and corporate presentations.
- Ensure all branding materials reflect the latest company information, achievements, and service offerings.
- Manage and maintain a structured repository of branding and communication assets.
5. Database & Knowledge Management
- Maintain media, stakeholder, and communication databases.
- Organise branding resources, photographs, project references, and communication archives.
- Support business development and leadership teams with updated marketing and branding documents.
