Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with product information and support
Handle customer queries through phone, email, or in-store interaction
Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Support the team in achieving service targets
Eligibility:
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Good communication skills in English and Hindi
