The role will focus on:
- Building scalable cloud-native logistics platforms
- Driving AI-led automation across freight, routing, shipment allocation, ETA prediction, and workflow intelligence
- Leading engineering for enterprise logistics, D2C shipping, Eway Bill, and mobility platforms
- Creating a high-performance technology organization with strong product and execution culture
- Partnering closely with Business, Operations, Sales, and Finance teams to drive business outcomes through technology
Ideal background:
- 12 to 18 years of technology leadership experience
- Strong exposure to SaaS, logistics-tech, e-commerce, or enterprise platforms
- Expertise in Azure, distributed systems, AI/ML, APIs, ERP/TMS/WMS, mobility, and enterprise architecture
- Builder mindset with strong product thinking and execution capability

Pay: ₹5,000,000.00 - ₹6,000,000.00 per year
