Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Generate qualified leads through platforms like LinkedIn, , email, and cold calling.
- Communicate with prospective clients to understand their needs and pitch relevant services.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain and update the CRM with accurate records of leads and client interactions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and suggest strategies for improvement.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of online sales channels and platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, etc.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools is a plus.
