Compensation Structure
For Freshers:
- Monthly Salary (CTC): ₹12,000 – ₹15,000
- Variable Incentive: ₹3,000 per month
For Experienced Candidates (1–2 Years):
- Monthly Salary (CTC): ₹18,000 – ₹22,000
- Variable Incentive: ₹3,000 per month
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and responsible Supervisor – Operations to manage daily workforce activities, ensure smooth operations across assigned locations, and meet client delivery expectations. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, leadership ability, and a problem-solving mindset.
Key Responsibilities Operational & Workforce Management
- Manage daily manpower rosters and ensure adequate staffing at all assigned locations
- Conduct daily performance briefings to align teams with operational goals
- Execute hiring as per client requirements and ensure timely deployment of manpower
Performance & Client Deliverables
- Drive and achieve operational KPIs as per client expectations
- Ensure same-day clearance of RTS and pending cash collections
- Maintain discipline, hygiene, and smooth functioning at client locations
Issue Resolution
- Handle customer escalations and operational challenges promptly
- Coordinate with internal teams to implement corrective actions and ensure service recovery
Reporting & Documentation
- Submit accurate daily closing and performance reports to the Reporting Team Leader
- Maintain proper records, documentation, and operational updates
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
- Experience:
- Freshers are welcome
- 1–2 years of experience in logistics, operations, or workforce management preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
- Strong communication and leadership skills
