Soni Makeover Studios is looking for an experienced and creative Senior Hair Stylist who is passionate about delivering premium hair services and creating exceptional customer experiences.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform professional haircuts for men, women, and children.
- Provide hair coloring services including global color, highlights, balayage, ombre, and fashion colors.
- Perform advanced chemical treatments such as smoothing, keratin, rebonding, cysteine, and hair botox.
- Offer hair spa, scalp care, deep conditioning, and hair repair treatments.
- Create hairstyles for weddings, parties, receptions, photoshoots, and special occasions.
- Recommend hairstyles and treatments based on face shape, hair texture, and client preferences.
- Educate clients on proper hair care and maintenance.
- Maintain salon hygiene and sterilize all tools after every service.
- Keep updated with the latest hairstyling trends and techniques.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
Required Skills
- Excellent haircutting and hairstyling expertise.
- Strong knowledge of hair coloring and chemical treatments.
- Hands-on experience in smoothing, keratin, rebonding, and advanced hair services.
- Good communication and consultation skills.
- Professional appearance and customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Qualifications
- Professional Hair Styling Course or Diploma from a recognized institute.
- 5–10 years of professional salon experience.
