Responsibilities:
- Manage executives' calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of executives
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for executives and other team members
- Assist in maintaining relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Conduct research and gather information as requested by executives
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Provide general administrative support as needed to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- BBA/Diploma in Aviation
- Proven experience as an Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant, or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- A positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
