Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR -Intern/Recruiter responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle. The candidate will play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and job specifications
- Draft and post job descriptions on job portals, social media, and internal platforms
- Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, references, and walk-ins
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and database
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Handle offer roll-out, negotiation, and follow-ups with selected candidates
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and MIS data
- Support onboarding and documentation processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring standards
Key Skills Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of recruitment tools and job portals
- Ability to assess candidates effectively
- Negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Time management and multitasking ability
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred)
