DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the company's growth. Candidates who worked for Govt Projects & Tenders or Govt Contracts/Online Bidding for govt projects are preferred or those whose working in pvt organizations for govt projects & tenders or govt contracts are preferred . Male & Female Both can apply for this position.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
- Prepare and submit sales proposals
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities
- Collaborate with marketing team for lead generation
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and forecasts
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
REQUIREMENT:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1-8 years of proven sales experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
