Job Summary
Skyrand Properties is looking for a skilled AutoCAD Designer with experience in plot layout planning and real estate drafting. The ideal candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD and capable of preparing accurate layout drawings, site plans, and project-related designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and modify DTCP/Town Planning layout drawings.
- Create plot layouts, site plans, and land subdivision drawings.
- Coordinate with surveyors, engineers, and project teams.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and local regulations.
- Maintain accurate drawing records and revisions.
Requirements
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D).
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate, plotting, or layout design preferred.
- Knowledge of DTCP layout preparation is an advantage.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in residential plotting projects.
- Basic knowledge of Google Earth/Civil 3D is a plus.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Salary
₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience)
