Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Explain company products/services and their benefits.
Generate and qualify sales leads.
Follow up with interested customers regularly.
Maintain customer databases and update CRM records.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Prepare daily/weekly reports and sales activity results.
Resolve customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
Ability to work under sales pressure and deadlines.
Pay: ₹8,863.49 - ₹29,045.63 per month
