Shree Bafna Public School, located in Meghnagar (M.P.), is a premier institution dedicated to academic excellence and the holistic development of young minds. We are seeking a visionary, energetic, and experienced Headmistress to lead our Primary and Pre-Primary sections (Nursery to Grade 5).

Key Responsibilities
- Academic Leadership: Oversee the curriculum planning, implementation, and academic progress of students from Nursery to Class 5, ensuring a strong foundation in foundational literacy, numeracy, and spoken English.
- Faculty Management: Mentor, supervise, and guide primary and pre-primary teachers. Conduct regular classroom observations and organize professional development workshops.
- Parent-School Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for parents, addressing their concerns, conducting orientation programs, and building a strong, collaborative school community.
- Holistic Development: Drive co-curricular activities, summer camps, and personality development modules to ensure students grow emotionally, socially, and physically.
- Administrative Oversight: Manage daily operations of the primary wing, maintain student discipline, and ensure a safe, vibrant, and welcoming learning environment.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Post Graduate / Graduate with a B.Ed. or a specialized degree/diploma in Early Childhood Education / Nursery Teacher Training (NTT).
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience in primary/pre-primary classes, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role (e.g., Coordinator or Headmistress) in a reputed CBSE school.
- Communication: Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills, alongside strong interpersonal skills.
- Traits: Highly organized, empathetic, approachable, and capable of fostering a positive work culture among staff.
