The role allows individuals to apply their experience in recruitment, people management, mentoring, team development and professional relationship building.
The opportunity offers flexible working arrangements and may be managed alongside existing consultancy, business or other professional commitments, subject to organisational guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, connect with and onboard suitable professionals.
- Build, guide and develop a productive team.
- Support recruitment, team expansion and talent development.
- Mentor team members and strengthen their professional capabilities.
- Share relevant role, process and professional knowledge after training.
- Motivate the team, recognise performance and support retention.
- Contribute to advisory and relationship-management activities.
- Follow organisational policies, procedures and guidelines.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Retired, retiring or experienced professionals, preferably 55-68 years old.
- Approximately 20-30 years of professional experience.
- Background in PSUs, banks, private companies, government organisations or other established institutions.
- Ex-defence personnel with relevant leadership, administration, operations or team-management experience.
- Experience in mentoring, recruitment, training, people management, business development or customer engagement.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Based in Delhi-NCR or available for meetings and training in New Delhi.
Selection will be based on experience, communication, professional background and suitability for the role.

Compensation & Career Growth:
At (IAP) level, earning potential may reach approximately ₹20 lakh or more per annum through fixed and variable payouts, depending on experience, contribution and performance.
Consistent performers may progress to senior leadership levels. Senior leadership levels offer greater responsibilities and potential earnings of up to ₹60 lakh per annum, subject to performance, eligibility and organisational policies.
