Job description
Role Purpose- The Lead IT will be responsible for end-to-end management of the organizations IT infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, ERP systems, and digital initiatives. The role ensures secure, reliable, and efficient IT operations while aligning technology with business goals and supporting manufacturing and corporate functions.
Key Responsibilities
IT Infrastructure & Systems Management
- Plan, implement, and manage IT infrastructure including servers, networks, systems, storage, and data centers.
- Ensure high availability, performance, scalability, and security of IT systems.
- Manage on-premises, cloud, and hybrid IT environments.
- Oversee system upgrades, migrations, and capacity planning.
ERP, Applications & Digital Systems
- Handle and support multiple ERP systems and business applications.
- Coordinate ERP implementation, customization, upgrades, and integrations.
- Map business processes and translate requirements into IT solutions.
- Ensure ERP alignment with finance, production, stores, sales, HR, and operations.
Cybersecurity, Data Protection & Risk Management
- Develop and implement cybersecurity frameworks, policies, and controls.
- Manage firewalls, antivirus, endpoint security, VPNs, access controls, and monitoring tools.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and system audits.
- Implement data backup, disaster recovery (DR), and business continuity plans (BCP).
- Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, IT Act, data privacy, and internal security standards.
Hardware, Software & Asset Management
- Oversee procurement, installation, maintenance, and lifecycle management of IT hardware.
- Manage licensed software, renewals, upgrades, and compliance.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Optimize IT costs and ensure maximum ROI.
End-User Support & MS Office
- Ensure effective deployment and usage of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Provide technical support and user training across departments.
- Ensure minimum downtime and fast issue resolution.
Networking, Surveillance & Communication Systems
- Manage LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls, and network security.
- Oversee CCTV, access control, biometric systems, and surveillance infrastructure.
- Manage email systems, and collaboration tools.
Manufacturing & Plant IT (Added Advantage)
- Understanding of manufacturing IT systems, plant uptime requirements, and shop-floor IT support.
- Exposure to MES, QC systems, OTIT integration, and production system interfaces.
- Ability to support IT needs in safety-critical and high-availability environments.
Vendor, Project & Team Management
- Manage IT vendors, service providers, OEMs, and consultants.
- Negotiate contracts, manage SLAs, and ensure service quality.
Governance, Compliance & Documentation
- Develop and implement IT policies, SOPs, and best practices.
- Handle internal, statutory, and external IT audits.
- Ensure proper documentation, system logs, and compliance records.
Strategic & Digital Transformation Initiatives
- Drive digital transformation, automation, and process improvements.
- Support MIS, dashboards, analytics, and reporting automation.
- Align IT roadmap with business growth and operational excellence.

Preference – IT Professional from Hotel or Manufacturing Industry. From North Goa
Pay: ₹482,602.35 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
