Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our brand's online presence across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing social media for a clothing, fashion, or apparel brand and be passionate about creating engaging content, increasing brand awareness, and driving customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage and grow the brand's presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content including posts, reels, stories, videos, and campaigns.
- Coordinate with photographers, graphic designers, and content creators for high-quality visual content.
- Monitor social media trends and implement innovative marketing ideas.
- Manage influencer collaborations and brand partnerships.
- Run paid social media campaigns and optimize performance for better ROI.
- Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly reports.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and customer queries.
- Maintain the brand's voice and ensure consistency across all digital platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or Digital Marketing Executive.
- Prior experience working with a Clothing, Fashion, Apparel, or Lifestyle brand will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and emerging social platforms.
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager and social media analytics tools.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is an advantage.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
