We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented International Business Development Manager to expand our global presence and drive revenue growth across international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities in international markets.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold emailing, networking, and outbound prospecting.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and emerging opportunities.
- Engage with decision-makers, CXOs, founders, and business leaders to understand their business needs.
- Schedule and conduct discovery calls, client meetings, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial agreements for prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring long-term client relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in International Business Development and B2B Sales.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email outreach campaigns.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, sales funnels, and client acquisition strategies.
- Ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle.
- Experience selling IT Services, AI Solutions, SaaS, Web Development, Mobile Apps, or Digital Solutions will be preferred.
- Strong relationship-building and account management skills.
