Educational Qualification: B. Pharma, D. Pharma, B.Sc. (Life Sciences), BBA/MBA (Marketing)or any Graduate with good communication and interpersonal skills
Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Medical Representatives to promote Augurs Healthcare's products and services in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, be willing to travel for field visits, and be capable of building long-term relationships with doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals within the assigned territory.
- Promote Augurs Healthcare's products and services effectively.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, distributors, and other healthcare stakeholders.
- Generate business opportunities and contribute to achieving monthly sales targets.
- Conduct regular market visits and identify new business prospects.
- Ensure product availability by coordinating with distributors and retailers.
- Collect feedback from customers and provide market insights to the management.
- Maintain daily visit reports and submit activity updates to the reporting manager.
- Stay updated with competitor activities, market trends, and industry developments.
- Represent the company professionally while maintaining ethical business practices.
Required Skills:
