Qualification
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / B.Sc. (Mathematics) / B.Sc. (Physics) / Any Technical Graduate
- Freshers or candidates with 1–3 years of experience are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain quotations, reports, and project data.
- Follow up with customers, dealers, and the sales team for enquiries and quotations.
- Maintain enquiry trackers, order status, and project records using Microsoft Excel.
- Handle customer data, documentation, and MIS reports with accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Operations, Planning, and Finance.
- Manage cheque collection records and maintain payment-related documentation.
- Prepare technical and commercial documents as required.
- Support the sales team in day-to-day backend activities to ensure timely customer response.
- Assist in order processing, documentation, and coordination until project completion.
Required Skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas, filtering, sorting).
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong data management and documentation skills.
- Basic understanding of mechanical equipment and engineering terminology.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Knowledge
- Experience in HVAC, ventilation, fans, pumps, or other mechanical products will be an added advantage.
Reporting
Reports to: Regional Sales Manager / Sales Support Manager
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
