About the Role
Coupon Fares India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Travel Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in domestic and international air ticketing, strong knowledge of GDS (Galileo), and the ability to manage end-to-end ticketing operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Domestic and International Flight Bookings.
- Perform ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds.
- Manage reservations through Galileo GDS.
- Assist customers with fare quotations, routing options, and travel-related queries.
- Ensure timely processing of booking amendments and schedule changes.
- Coordinate with airlines and suppliers for ticketing and operational requirements.
- Maintain accuracy in booking records and customer information.
- Resolve customer concerns related to ticketing and travel services.
- Achieve service quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the travel industry.
- Working knowledge of Galileo GDS is mandatory.
- Experience in Domestic & International Air Ticketing.
- Good understanding of airline fare rules, ticketing procedures, and refund policies.
- Ability to handle ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds independently.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
