Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Customer Communication: Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages to respond to client inquiries in a friendly, professional manner.
- Provide Information: Offer detailed information about the clinic's services, treatments, and scheduling options, ensuring clients make informed decisions.
- Schedule Appointments: Efficiently manage appointments for clients, ensuring accurate booking and reminders.
- Maintain Client Records: Keep detailed records of client interactions, appointments, and feedback in a systematic and organized manner.
- Resolve Issues: Handle customer concerns or complaints, providing timely solutions while maintaining a positive relationship.
- Collaborate with Team: Work with other team members to ensure smooth coordination and an excellent customer experience.
Requirements
Graduation in any field
Fluent in English and strong communication skills
Ability to interact well with customers
Good computer knowledge
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
