Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Identify and connect with potential clients.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings and presentations.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-up communications.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Negotiate and close business deals.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and update CRM records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: ₹11,535.92 - ₹40,919.44 per month
