- We are seeking a motivated and experienced Production Engineer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in production planning, shop floor supervision, and process improvement in the industrial machinery sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production operations for machinery assembly and fabrication
- Coordinate with design, quality, and procurement departments
- Improve productivity by analyzing workflows and optimizing resources
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards
- Maintain documentation for process control and compliance
- Monitor equipment maintenance and calibration schedules
