Delivery Manager
You Are:
The Delivery manager is accountable for end-to-end delivery and manage the operations and delivery for a 75 million portfolio and 400+ resources. The role requires a seasoned delivery leader who can also act as the operations leader, while maintaining a strong partnership with onshore leadership and client stakeholders.
The Opportunity:
- Manage the operations for a large 400‑member portfolio
- Manage end‑to‑end offshore delivery for 75 million accounts, ensuring smooth execution across all workstreams.
- Work directly with onsite leaders and client stakeholders to handle escalations on billing, invoicing, bill-rates related issues
- Track and manage delivery execution and implement engineering excellence across the portfolio.
- Lead workforce planning, including hiring, onboarding, resource allocation, and overall team utilization.
- Guide and mentor managers, team leads, and delivery teams to ensure strong performance and leadership development.
- Drive process improvements, automation opportunities, and delivery efficiency initiatives across the portfolio.
- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and audit requirements defined by the client and internal standards.
- Support growth opportunities within the account by identifying new needs, improving delivery maturity, and strengthening customer trust.
- Should have experience managing a 25 million + portfolio
What you need:
- Bachelors/Master’s degree in technology, Business, or Management (preferred).
- 15+ years of experience in delivery management, client relationship management
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a global organization of 400+ resources across multiple locations while driving high performance and employee engagement.
- Extensive experience delivering complex, large-scale programs and ensuring successful execution across multiple projects, clients, and business units.
- Strong track record of managing executive-level client relationships, influencing stakeholders, and driving customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Proven capability to drive operational excellence, delivery transformation, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives at scale.
