Job Purpose:
The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, promoting school activities and achievements, and strengthening the school's digital presence among parents and prospective parents.
Key Responsibilities:
· Create engaging and creative content around:
o School activities and events
o Student achievements
o Teacher & staff activities
o Celebrations and special days
o Classroom activities
o Parent testimonials
o Admissions and school campaigns
o Educational and parenting content
· Develop creative concepts for Reels, Stories, Posts, Carousels and Short Videos.
· Coordinate with teachers and school teams to collect photographs, videos and event updates.
· Write engaging captions, social media copies and relevant hashtags.
· Manage the school's social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn.
· Develop and execute a monthly social media content calendar.
· Schedule, publish and monitor posts, reels, stories and videos.
· Ensure consistent brand communication across all digital platforms.
· Monitor comments, messages and audience engagement.
· Coordinate with the Principal, teachers, admission team and school management for content requirements.
· Plan social media coverage for school events, celebrations, competitions and special occasions.
· Ensure timely collection and publication of relevant content.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
