Job Responsibilities
- Teach BCA subjects as per the university curriculum.
- Deliver lectures in programming, database management, web technologies, software engineering, computer networks, and related subjects.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and practical lab sessions.
- Conduct internal assessments and examinations.
- Mentor students in academic projects, internships, and career development.
- Maintain attendance, academic records, and departmental documentation.
- Participate in seminars, workshops, placement activities, and institutional events.
Eligibility
- MCA or M.Tech (Computer Science/IT) or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
- Freshers with excellent academic records are encouraged to apply.
- Prior teaching experience in a college or university will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of programming languages (C, C++, Java, Python, PHP).
- Knowledge of DBMS, Data Structures, Operating Systems, Computer Networks, and Web Development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital teaching tools.
- Good classroom management and mentoring skills.
