Position Title: Field Sales Executive / Field Sales Engineer

Job Summary:
We are looking for motivated and dynamic Field Sales Executives to join our team. The role involves generating leads, meeting potential clients, explaining solar solutions, and closing sales. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in assigned areas through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
- Meet potential customers to present solar energy solutions and explain product features, benefits, and pricing.
- Conduct site surveys with the technical team to assess feasibility and requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to provide accurate solutions and proposals.
- Keep updated records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions in CRM or reports.
- Stay updated with solar industry trends, competitor activities, and government policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven 1–3 years of experience in field sales (solar/renewable energy/electrical products preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively in assigned territory.
