Job Overview
We are looking for a creative, results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with at least 3 years of hands-on experience and exceptional verbal and written communication skills. In this role, you will lead our end-to-end digital marketing efforts, craft compelling campaigns, manage performance marketing channels, and clearly communicate strategy and results to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Email, and Content Marketing).
- Communication & Messaging: Write concise, engaging ad copy, content blueprints, and client/internal presentations. Articulate strategic ideas clearly across cross-functional teams.
- Performance Marketing: Oversee paid ad budgets (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to maximize ROI, lower CAC, and drive high-quality leads or sales.
- SEO & Content Strategy: Develop and execute SEO strategies (On-page, Off-page, Technical) to drive organic traffic growth.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance metrics using Google Analytics and present actionable, easy-to-understand reports and insights to management.
- Brand Strategy: Maintain consistent brand voice across all digital customer touchpoints.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in a dedicated Digital Marketing role.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding written and spoken English communication skills are mandatory.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar), and Email Automation tools.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong data analysis skills to turn raw campaign numbers into actionable strategic tweaks.
- Location: Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Jaipur.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
