Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and support business growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, social media management, content marketing, and campaign analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels.
- Manage performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Create and manage engaging social media content and campaign calendars.
- Develop marketing collateral including blogs, case studies, presentations, email campaigns, and website content.
- Promote Macle's digital marketing, performance marketing, branding, and AR/VR services.
- Coordinate webinars, events, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to generate qualified leads and support business growth.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools, and optimize based on KPIs.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.

Qualifications
