Job Title: Senior HR Recruiter

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruiter responsible to manage end-to-end recruitment across diverse sectors including white-collar roles, healthcare professionals (doctors, nurses), and specialized roles such as embryologists. The ideal candidate should be proactive, resourceful, and capable of handling bulk and niche hiring requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to on boarding
- Handle hiring for multiple sectors including:
- Healthcare professionals (Doctors, Nurses, Allied staff)
- Specialized roles (Embryologists, lab professionals, etc.)
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
- Schedule and manage interview processes
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Ensure timely closures of open positions
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in multi-sector recruitment
- Good understanding of healthcare hiring (mandatory)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle bulk and niche hiring simultaneously
- Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn
- Strong negotiation and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, MBA or related field
- Proven experience of 2–5 years in recruitment
