Introduction Marketing Language
- Join JPMorganChase's Global Filings Team, providing centralized oversight and execution of statutory corporate governance filings across subsidiaries and legal entities
- Partner with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to strengthen governance execution, tracking, and operational efficiency across APAC
Job Summary
- Support end-to-end preparation, coordination, submission, and tracking of periodic and event-based corporate governance filings for assigned APAC legal entities
- Contribute to reporting, escalation, data quality remediation, and technology initiatives that improve filing execution
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and track periodic and event-based statutory filings for assigned legal entities (e.g., annual reports, financial statements, director changes, name changes)
- Draft filing documents and coordinate with Legal, Finance, Compliance, and Tax to compile and validate supporting documentation
- Submit filings where permitted and coordinate submissions with stakeholders, third-party vendors, and Company Registrars as required
- Maintain accurate filing status and records in the Corporate Governance Filings Application (CGFA) as a delegate
- Provide guidance and training to users on governance tools and filing processes
- Act as a point of contact for filing-related queries and coordinate across stakeholders to resolve blockers
- Drive on-time completion via proactive reminders, deadline monitoring, and frequent follow-up
- Prepare periodic reporting on filing status, compliance metrics, and upcoming deadlines for stakeholders and leadership
- Apply escalation guidelines to raise risks, overdue items, or issues to the appropriate parties
- Partner with technology to automate and streamline reporting, workflows, and filing execution processes
- Review, remediate, and improve governance data quality to ensure accuracy and reliability
Required qualification, capabilities and skills
- Bachelor's degree in Law
- Corporate Secretary license (required)
- 2–3 years of experience in legal entity governance, statutory filings, or statutory reporting (preferably in a multinational environment)
- Advanced English writing skills with strong grammar and high attention to detail and formatting
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), including strong Excel formulas and PowerPoint formatting
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with proactive follow-up across seniority levels
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Preferred qualification, capabilities and skills
- Experience supporting APAC multi-jurisdiction statutory filing requirements
- Experience managing third-party vendors supporting corporate secretarial filings
- Familiarity with governance tracking tools (e.g., CGFA) and process/report automation initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in deadline-driven, compliance-sensitive environments
