Roles & Responsibilities :
- Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of telecallers to achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Monitor call quality, productivity, and conversion rates.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits for the sales team.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to maximize lead conversion.
- Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when necessary.

- Ability to analyze team performance and drive improvements.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
