What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple open positions simultaneously
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and walk-in drives
- Screen, shortlist, and schedule candidates for interviews with hiring managers
- Conduct HR interviews and telephonic/face-to-face counselling sessions
- Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and build accurate job briefs
- Drive campus recruitment — coordinate with colleges, placement cells, and TPOs
- Organize and lead campus drives, job fairs, and walk-in recruitment events
- Maintain an active and quality candidate pipeline/database for future hiring needs
- Use strong negotiation and persuasion skills to improve offer acceptance rates
- Counsel candidates on career opportunities and training programs effectively
- Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and closure reports with accuracy
- Ensure all open positions are closed within defined TAT (Turnaround Time)
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to source and engage candidates across multiple channels
- Strong understanding of bulk hiring, campus hiring, or lateral hiring processes
- Existing connections with college placement cells or industry hiring networks (preferred)
- Proficiency with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, or Shine
- Target-oriented mindset with a proactive and self-driven attitude
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize workload effectively
- Confident, approachable personality with strong coordination skills
Bonus Points If You Have
- Prior experience in bulk or campus hiring
- Established network of college placement contacts
- Experience in counselling students or freshers for career guidance
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
