Job Description: Civil Site Engineer - Real Estate (High-Rise Building Projects)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Civil Site Engineer to join our team, focusing on high-rise building projects within the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and experience in managing site operations, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily site operations and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Prepare and review project plans, specifications, and construction schedules.
- Monitor construction progress and report on project status to management.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure work is carried out according to design and specifications.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and improve project outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in high-rise building projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Proficient in engineering software and tools (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with project management software.
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations in the region.
- Certification from a recognized engineering body is a plus.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
