Job Summary
The Service Advisor acts as a link between customers and the workshop. The role involves understanding customer vehicle concerns, preparing job cards, coordinating with technicians, updating customers on repair status, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and understand vehicle service/repair requirements.
Prepare job cards and estimate repair costs.
Explain service recommendations and obtain customer approval.
Coordinate with technicians and workshop staff.
Provide regular updates to customers regarding vehicle status.
Ensure timely delivery of vehicles after service.
Handle customer complaints and resolve service-related issues.
Promote value-added services and accessories.
Maintain service records and customer data.
Achieve customer satisfaction and service targets.
Required Qualifications
Graduate/Diploma in Automobile Engineering or related field.
Experience in automobile service industry preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Skills Required
Strong communication and customer handling skills.
Basic automobile technical knowledge.
Computer proficiency (MS Office, Dealer Management System).
Problem-solving and teamwork abilities.
Time management and organizational skills.
Salary
As per company standards and experience.

Pay: ₹10,275.15 - ₹25,129.61 per month
