This person will be responsible for independently driving end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing operations and corporate functions. The incumbent will partner with business leaders to attract, assess, and hire high-quality talent for plant and corporate roles while supporting domestic and international hiring requirements. The role requires strong expertise in sourcing niche manufacturing talent, stakeholder management, employer branding, and recruitment analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower requisition to candidate onboarding.
- Must have handled International Hiring (Africa ).
- Drive hiring for manufacturing functions including Production, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality Assurance, EHS, Projects, Supply Chain, Procurement, Warehouse, Utilities, R&D, Sales, Finance, HR, and IT.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce plans, critical skill requirements, and hiring priorities.
- Develop sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, recruitment consultants, and professional networks.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical plant and leadership positions.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback and decision-making.
- Manage salary benchmarking, compensation negotiations, offer rollout, and pre-joining engagement to maximize joining ratios.
- Support recruitment for international manufacturing operations, overseas plants, and expatriate positions by coordinating with global stakeholders and recruitment partners.
- Promote the organization's employer brand through LinkedIn, career portals, campus hiring, industrial institutes, and employee referral programs.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, dashboards, and reports using ATS/HRMS.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and recommend process improvements to enhance hiring efficiency and candidate experience.
- Participate in recruitment drives, job fairs, technical institute engagement, and employer branding initiatives.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
