The Director of Rooms functions as a strategic business leader for the property's rooms division. They oversee the Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Services, Spa, and Security departments.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: Minimum of 15 years in hotel rooms operations.
- Luxury Track Record: At least 5–7 years in a senior leadership role within a luxury or upscale hotel environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in property management systems (e.g., Opera Cloud) and data analytics tools.
- Leadership Traits: Proven ability to manage large, culturally diverse teams and navigate high-pressure crises.
Pay: ₹1,623,906.66 - ₹2,049,181.66 per year
