Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Early Years to lead the Pre-Primary division at a reputed school in Gujarat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing curriculum planning, teacher mentoring, and ensuring high standards of early childhood education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Early Years (Pre-Primary) department
- Design and implement an engaging, play-based curriculum
- Train, mentor, and evaluate pre-primary teachers
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
- Monitor student development and maintain academic quality standards
- Collaborate with parents and conduct regular feedback sessions
- Organize events, workshops, and school readiness programs
- Ensure compliance with school policies and educational standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in early years education
- At least 2–3 years in a leadership role (Coordinator/Head)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with international or progressive curriculum (IB, Cambridge, EYFS preferred)
