Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying system anomalies and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, detailed analysis, and collaboration with different teams to maintain system stability and performance, contributing to the overall success of business processes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Analysing user requirements, envisioning system features and functionality, Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable codes by setting expectations and features priorities throughout development life cycle Implementation of the modules as per requirements.
- Ensure quality is maintained while developing AIS custom Solutions.
- Should have experience in code repository management using DevOps .
- Should have worked on Agile framework and Sprints.
- Should know how to manage a team and be a great team player.
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system reliability and optimize support processes.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Integration Services.
- Experience with cloud-based integration platforms and middleware solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for complex application and system issues.
- Ability to analyze logs and diagnostic data to identify root causes.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident management processes.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Hands on experience on Azure PaaS and Dot Net Core , Asp.net MVC with Developing, Deploying, and configuring the applications in DevOps.
- Should have knowledge on Azure PaaS Components like Function apps, Logic apps, application insights, APIM, Service Bus , Storage Queues, etc.
- Should have knowledge on C#.Net fundamentals and Dot Net core.
- Should have knowledge of Agile framework and sprints.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Integration Services.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
